Our Holiday Series is designed to address both Customer Acquisition and Customer Retention, both important elements of marketing, and the two primary ingredients of our one-of-a-kind C.A.R. System (Customer Acquisition and Retention).

We will send 4 cards to your customers or patients every year as follows (card subject to change):

 

Sent in March, this card is designed to aid in Customer ACQUISITION.  Along with a springtime message  we encourage you to offer a promotion when your existing customers refer NEW customers.

 

 

 

 

Sent in late June (just in time for Independence Day), this card is designed to aid in Customer RETENTION.  This is your opportunity to say "thank you" to your customers and wish them a happy holiday.

 

 

 

 

 

Sent in September, this is the second card that focuses on Customer ACQUISITION.  As with the springtime card, this card should carry a promotion encouraging referrals.

 

 

 

 

 

The 4th and final card in the Holday Series is a warm and personable card expressing your sincere holiday wishes, in addition to thanking your customers for their business.  This card is sent in late November or early December.
